Royal Society offer two Journals for open access, Royal Society Open Science and Open Biology are fully access to all. Every year they conducting the Open access Week, during that period they will provide free access to all the published journal.This year it is happening between Oct 19-25(2020).Also they provide the free access to old Journal, Highlighted papers are Issac Newton discovery of reflective telescope and Halley describing his comet in 1705.
Some Scientific Journals subscription package are given as a free access to developing Countries. On the website they published free access country list.
