Perseid Meteor Shower

Perseid Meteor Shower usually occurs from July 14 to August 24 in North Skies Every Year. This year August 12 and 13 are calculated as peak days to see the Meteor Showers. During this Peak time we can see 100 meteor per hour. In India we can see the Meteor shower from 11.30pm to 5.30am .

How this Meteor shower occurs?
These meteors are the remaining Pieces of Comet 109P/Swift-Tuttle. This comet spin around the sun every 133 year last seen on 1992. Comets, when they approaching the sun some of its surface rock will left as debris throughout the comet path . Every year Earth passes through this Debris leads to Meteor Shower.
